Joint Planning Commission

The Joint Planning Commission (PC) meets once a month from September through June at the Emergency Services Building at 83 Sampsonville Road in Enosburg Falls. Meetings start at 6:30pm on the first Wednesday of each month. The public is encouraged to attend.

The responsibilities of the PC are to create and amend the Town Plan, the Zoning Bylaws, and the Subdivision Regulations. The PC also oversees the Zoning Administrator.

The Zoning Administrator meets with the commission regularly to provide reports and feedback, which are taken into consideration during the planning process.
